Training on the Preparation of Daily Indonesian Worker’s Attendance Report & Other HR Matters

A half-day training titled “Preparation of Daily Indonesian Worker’s Attendance Report & Other HR Related Matters” was held on 24 October 2018 at the Group’s Auditorium. The training is to guide the respective estates’s HR and field staff on the correct and proper procedure of entering the Indonesian workers daily attendances data into electronic spreadsheets. Reports are generated from these spreadsheets for management’s perusal.
