Related Party Transactions Framework Training

On 21 October 2014, a training titled “Related Party Transactions Framework from the Perspectives of Governance, Listing Requirements and Transfer Pricing” was conducted in-house for the Group’s staffs to better understand Related Party Transactions Framework in managing corporate governance process for business excellence in decision-making, risk appetite setting and in mitigating potential risk exposure under today’s challenging business environment.
