Oil Palm Plantation Operations Training

A second two-day training session on oil palm operations was carried out for the Group’s estate personnel on August 19-20, 2014. This comprehensive training program encompassed crucial elements of plantation operations, such as pest control, manuring, harvesting, and grading. Following the lessons, participants engaged in post-lesson tests and field trips to solidify their understanding of the material. The training was conducted by a highly skilled and experienced trainer from KL, boasting over 44 years of knowledge and expertise in oil palm operations. All participants derived significant benefits from the course.
