Effective Leadership Skills Development

Strong leadership is vital to the success of any business. To further develop and excel the leadership and managerial skills of our managers, a two-day “Effective Managerial Leadership Skills Development” course had been organised by the Training and Development Department. The course was conducted by the experienced trainer and consultant, Dr. M. Subramaniyam from Vihethi Training & Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd. This two-day course conducted in two separate sessions enabled participants to acquire essential leadership and managerial skills in order to effectively lead their team and drive our organisation to accomplish greater success. The programme covered critical management skills, interpersonal skills, group skills, time management skills and many more.
