Corporate Governance Course

As part of the continuous learning and development process that the Group strongly believes in, a 1-day course on Corporate Governance was conducted for the Sibu based managers and members of the Board of Directors.

The course focused on proven businesses fundamentals in managing the corporate governance process for business excellence in decision making, risk appetite setting and in mitigating potential risk exposure under today’s challenging environment.
