Fire Fighting & Chemical Handling Training at the CPO Mill

Following on from the conduct of fire fighting training 2 weeks earlier at one of the Group’s oil palm plantations, a similar training on fire fighting plus the addition of hazardous chemical handling was held at one of the Group’s CPO mills on Tuesday April 8, 2014.

Conducted by three of the Group’s very own qualified personnel on safety and health, the objective of the training was to heighten the awareness of workers towards chemical hazards at the workplace, and to enhance their knowledge and skills of fire fighting.
