Interview Skills Course

An interview skills and technique course “How A Good Recruiter Conducts An Effective Behaviourally And Competency Structure Based Interview” was conducted on 17-18 October 2013. This participatory and practical course which is based on the principles of Competency Based Interviewing aimed to equip the participants with the right skills to conduct selection interviews so as to increase the likelihood of hiring the right persons for the company.
